Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Dear Hiring Manager, we provide coaching and career support services, not physical products. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Coaching Services

Payment for coaching sessions or packages must be made in full before services begin.

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

2. Group Programmes or Classes

Bookings for group sessions are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

After that point, no refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your booking to a future session if available.

3. Digital Resources

Any digital materials (e.g. CV templates, guides, recordings) provided as part of your booking are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

We do not charge additional fees for processing refunds.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can happen. If you experience exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness), please contact us directly, and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
